Sally Watts went to the College of Charleston for her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and never left, as is often the case for transplants who fall in love with the Lowcountry. Sally began assisting an attorney friend during the pandemic, when her portrait photography customer base waned due to a pause in tourism.
This new career scenario evolved overnight, from drinks by the pool on a Sunday afternoon to reporting to work Monday morning. Sally was quickly hooked on the legal field and its endless opportunities to learn, gain efficiency, and help clients. She draws from her interpersonal skills as a family, wedding and portrait photographer, her small business owner background, and her writing and communications background as a former journalist and columnist for the Post and Courier.
When not learning the ropes at Schwartz Law, Sally enjoys spending time with her three wonderful, witty children, ages 20, 18, and 14. She also dabbles, with varying degrees of success, in watercolor painting, guitar, hiking, dog training, exploring and traveling, and cooking. Given her wide range of hobbies and experiences, Sally can find something in common with almost any client and strives to make the litigation experience as smooth as possible for each and every client.
